Position Overview

As the Manager of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction for the RPSG Group. Reporting directly to the President of Strategy, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, developing strategic plans, and implementing initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Support the creation and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Analyse business performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project goals with business strategy.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing priorities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance and Marketing from an institute of repute.
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategic or management role.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and strategic execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
