Position Overview

As the Strategy Analyst in the Vice Chairman’s Office, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the Executive Assistant of the Vice Chairman, this role involves conducting in-depth analyses, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
  • Analyze internal data to evaluate performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyse business performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Vice Chairman.
  • Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Finance and Marketing from an institute of repute.
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategic or management role.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and strategic execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
