Interested candidates can

After an initial review,
shortlisted candidates will be
invited for interviews.
Shortlisting Process
Candidates will complete a
case study presentation.
Interviews will be conducted
with a panel of stakeholders.
The interview panel will reach
a consensus on the
candidate’s suitability for the
role.
Selection and Onboarding
Offer Decision: Once selected,
an offer will be prepared and
extended to the candidate.
Onboarding Process:
Ensure all necessary
equipment, system access,
and materials are ready.
Develop a structured
onboarding plan to help
the new hire smoothly
integrate into the team.
